Boundary

One day when Master Kyungheo was walking, he saw some sheperd boys playing together. Then he thought of something and called them to pay attention to him and said, "I will give money to the one who can hit me hardest with that stick." But the boys were afraid to do it at the sight of his majestic shape. He told them to do it smiling and handed the stick into the hand of one boy. The boy hit him slightly at first, but Kyungheo said, "I am not hit, so I can't give you the money." The boy hit him harder and harder, because he continuously denied with smile and innocence. The boys thought he was denying not to give them money, so they hit him with all their strength in turn. However, he couldn't agree with them to the last when they were exhausted.

He said people don't believe their true nature and act according to their objective boundary like the boys.
